I had a terrible experience with the sales department a year ago when I purchased my 2019 VW beetle convertible. I wasn’t shown how to operate anything on my car. A year later, it was time for my first o year ago when I purchased my 2019 VW beetle convertible. I wasn’t shown how to operate anything on my car. A year later, it was time for my first oil change and I called the service manager, Tom , and explained my experience to him. He immediately set up an appointment with JC to get my oil changed and learn about my beloved bug. The service manger came out to meet us and JC spent a long time going over every aspect of my car and how best to utilize everything it has to offer. I was amazed at all of the technology I had been missing out on. He gave me his business card and told us to call anytime with any questions. It was the best experience ever and I will sing the praises of the service dept. from now on. My first car was a 1969 bug and my last will be my 2019 bug. The sales department could learn a lot about customer care and friendliness from their service manager and head service consultant. They have restored my faith in customer service, knowledge and love of the Volkswagen brand. More

Customer service is very poor and the only reason why I choose to come back is because it is the closest dealership.
