You are correct. Every phone call should be returned in a timely manner. Our apologies, we should have done a better job with our service and sales. Your comments are being forwarded to our General Manager for his review and with a request that he look into what happened and have someone get back in touch with you. Again, our apologies, we hope you give us an opportunity to resolve this. We do not want to lose a loyal customer who has purchased 3 cars from us.

Mick, The only Service records we have under "Bass" are under a different first name. One had to do with a 2015 Mirage in May and that had been fixed. The other was for a 2018 Golf Sportswagen in Feb that was repaired. Our Service Manager, Tom Turner, would be more than happy to speak to you about your comments and has asked if you would email him with your contact info.
