I am completely disappointed in my service here. I was told it would be a firm $150 for a diagnostic check, and then charged an additional $20 for "shop fees" after the fact. A waste of time to find out they charge so much to diagnose a AC problem on a car that's three years old. The AC/heater blower should not be bad in a 2020 already. Every since the appointment. Terrible with a complete lack of communication. I had to call 3 times the first day just to find out my car would not be done (fine but give me some notice!). Finally was given an answer at 5 PM th I had to call 3 times the first day just to find out my car would not be done (fine but give me some notice!). Finally was given an answer at 5 PM then told it was too late for a service ride to get a rental!! I have a full time job and 3 kids. This was the worst service I have ever had at a VW dealership. Also, I was not updated again for 2 more days!!! Is this the standard? Awful. Joey was terrible, kept telling me how busy he was, it wasn’t his ticket and never taking responsibility. Corey is great, ultimately the repairs were complete but you need some serious work on updating customers and what good customer service looks like. More
