I didn't give it a five star rating because they charge to rotate your tires where as their competitors include tire rotation with the oil change. Also, the prices from their competitors for an oil change is less expensive and still includes tire rotation. More

charge my money without asking The first time I be there is trying to change my car tire, my car tire is flat. when they finished service, I check the car tire the pressure is n The first time I be there is trying to change my car tire, my car tire is flat. when they finished service, I check the car tire the pressure is not the same, further more they put my backup tire at wrong position. And after just one month the tired changed its bubbles, I come here again they told me the bubble will under the warranty of car tire company. so, I decide to replace my tie again. once the bill comes out. the money doesn't charge from, tire company. but from my insurance company. they should notify the situations before replace my car tire. More

Outstanding facilities and staff I recently purchased an older Cabrio and had to have a few minor issues taken care of - like, really minor. On my first visit, Joe found an open recall and immediately ordered the parts, and followed up with a phone call when they arrived. During that visit, I had my oil changed. So, I've spent a total of about $75 at this dealership. Even so, they made me feel like I am a valued customer - extremely professional and polite. If they're this kind with a minor issue, I know I'll be in good hands if I ever have a more serious concern. As for the facility, it rocks! Love the easy pull-in to a climate controlled room, and check-in/check-out is super quick. If I hadn't needed a VW-specific light bulb in a hurry, I probably wouldn't have checked them out, but now I'm glad I did. I have confidence in their customer service and expertise. More
