Above and beyond customer service! I had a flat tire and after putting the temp tire on my husband lost key to the special lug nuts so I could not get my regular lo st tude on after rep I had a flat tire and after putting the temp tire on my husband lost key to the special lug nuts so I could not get my regular lo st tude on after repair. Shaun to my car without an appt, checked my repaired fire for leaks, put regular lug nuts on at my request, washed my car AND put all toolsneatly back in my trunk. More

Quick Service! I dropped in to have my headlight bulb replaced. They had me in & out in 50 minutes and returned my car with an exterior wash. Great service as always , got the repair done same day when it easily could have taken longer. The only reason it’s not getting the usual five stars is the courtesy driver , got the repair done same day when it easily could have taken longer. The only reason it’s not getting the usual five stars is the courtesy driver ran out of gas after picking me up to take me to pick up my car. We coasted in to a gas station luckily, only had to help the driver push the van maybe 20’ to the pump. We had to wait for someone to bring a gas card to buy the gas which doesn’t make sense to me. Why doesn’t the driver just have that with him, or use his personal card and get reimbursed? Heck I offered to buy the gas to save time if they’d take that amount off the cost of my repair. The driver was very nice about the whole situation, but what rubbed me the wrong way was that I could hear whoever he called at the dealership to bring the gas card giving him a hard time over the phone even after the driver mentioned he had a customer with him. Very unprofessional and not what I’ve come to expect from Machens VW. Maybe save that razzing and having a laugh at the drivers expense for AFTER he gets back to the dealership when there’s no customer around. More
