Joe Machens is an Extremely excellent dealership with Extremely outstanding and excellent service! But, there's one thing I want to point out. There needs to be more communication. I was told that if I Extremely outstanding and excellent service! But, there's one thing I want to point out. There needs to be more communication. I was told that if I order the part for my car through Joe Machens that they would install it for free of charge and they told me that over the phone. But, when I got the service done they charged me for labor. Don't get me wrong, I don't mean that in a bad way! I'm Extremely satisfied! And I would highly recommend Joe Machens! It's the #1. Best in the state of Missouri, for my opinion. There's always room for improvement. There's no such thing as a perfect business! More
