Out of the blue I experienced an unexpected battery fail on my 2013 Passat. After getting a jumpstart at work, I called the service center to have it checked. They to I experienced an unexpected battery fail on my 2013 Passat. After getting a jumpstart at work, I called the service center to have it checked. They told me to bring it in, and after about an hour + had it ready to go. I wasn't overjoyed with the cost of the new battery, but I appreciate their services. They even washed my car before I left. The wash job wasn't up to my standards but I appreciated it non the less. Nice to know they got my 6. More

Couldn’t help resolve my problem My car has had problems with the proper operation of it’s fuel door. During my last fill up, the fuel door actuator malfunctioned and the fuel door wo My car has had problems with the proper operation of it’s fuel door. During my last fill up, the fuel door actuator malfunctioned and the fuel door would not close. I brought the car in to have the fuel door looked at, but nothing abnormal could be found even after the technician tested the fuel door’s function multiple times. I know the fuel door does not function properly. It’s just a matter of time before it locks in the closed position and won’t re-open. The design of the fuel door is flawed, and should be corrected. I’ll be contacting VW N. America about it as well. The service staff did nothing wrong and were professional and polite with me, but the problem lies with the design, not the service. More
