Outstanding! Amanda was very polite, courteous, and professional. Tom's extra effort to accommodate my schedule was really appreciated. The repair took exactly Amanda was very polite, courteous, and professional. Tom's extra effort to accommodate my schedule was really appreciated. The repair took exactly the 1 hour and 15 minutes I was told to expect. Indeed, everyone at Joe Machens VW was very friendly and pleasant. And finally, the free courtesy car wash was a very welcomed surprise. I can't remember being better treated at any other dealership I've dealt with. I am not easily impressed, but they did it.
