Dealership has had my car since January 29. It is March 7. I have paid them $3800 and will have to pay them almost $1500 more when they finally get around to fixing it. Communication is terrible, and they will hang up on you if you question them too much. Do your research before buying a VW. They are known for oil leaks. Avoid VW and this dealership altogether. Bought a new atlas from them earlier this year. Took back at 12,000 + or - for multiple oil leaks aa recall, and front tires wearing unevenly. Employees were kind and friendly. there's amenities like free car wash, shuttle bus, sodas, cappuccino,(French vanilla is my favorite!), chips, and you can even sit on a comfortable chair and watch TV or look at magazines!! Their oil change is more high quality than most other places especially if you own a vw and the oil change usually lasts longer, but I will spend a little extra for better performance oil and oil filter that lasts longer and is better for your engine!! Joe Machens vw in Columbia, MO is my first choice to consider when getting my oil changed and service on my vw and I highly recommend this dealership over any other in Mid-Missouri!! I just wished they still made vw Jettas with diesel engines turbo because they are nice to have and are really solid like. you don't have to wait too long to get your car serviced. it's not too crowded. they usually have the parts for your car.(if not, they can order them). you can even check on the status of your automobile on your smartphone!! they will send you a text and you just click the link and there it is!! everything went smoothly, no complaints, it might be a little pricey, but overall it's worth it!! they are honest. no gimmicks. they keep you posted on how much it's going to cost and make sure they get your consent to do the services before they provide them. excellent communications!! excellent dealership!! I highly recommend people to get their Volkswagens serviced at this place!! they do an outstanding job!! More
