We are so happy John walked out the dealership door to greet us. He was a newer salesman but was honest and never hesitated to find an answer for us! Most of the time, I would give this dealership 5 stars on "communications", but there was one instance I would give it 4 stars! All around this is most definitely the #1 best vw dealership in Missouri, for my opinion! They have cappuccino or hot chocolate, soda, and chips! They treat their customers with respect and are very honest and kind! And they have a van or suv to take you places around Columbia, MO! More
