I was treated very well. Patched my tire and it busted in two days… called to see if I could get a new tire and was cut off and told there was nothing could be done. I had no intention to ask for a refund but when I realized they didn’t care to even see if I was ok, it was upsetting. They cut me off quickly refused any support and even though I was crying and on the side of the road, didn’t even bother to ask if I was ok. This is troubling as this is where I purchased the car. Overall we had a great experience. The one thing that I'm not complaining about but I think would be helpful is to explain things a little better. I had a lot of questions and and tried understanding the brief version of an explanation I got like on warranties and such. Also explaining the vehicle options a bit would be helpful. These vehicles have so many buttons and options, I don't know if I'll ever figure them out. I don't know that VW has anything similar but when I purchased my Nissan Rogue they had us watch a video and they had a checklist of things they made sure to explain. My salesman Jeremy was very friendly. He kept in good communication with me which is what made me come back to VW. He didn't pressure us, just told me what vehicles were available and rolled right along with me till I made a decision. I appreciated that. Another dealership was not so forthcoming and that is why they lost out on a sale. I purchased a Passat in 2015 when Darwin Cunningham was a salesman there and I loved that car. I hope this Atlas and the service is just as good.👍 More
