Brought my car in for service. The week before I was there for an oil change. Was suppose to have free oil changes for two years. The day of the oil change they didn’t charge me bu The week before I was there for an oil change. Was suppose to have free oil changes for two years. The day of the oil change they didn’t charge me but a week later when there for other service they demanded I paid for the oil change from the week before and my car wouldn’t be worked on until doing so. The guy behind the service department I believe Chris was his name was rude about the entire situation. They should have took the time to figure it out the day I was there for the oil change, not a week later when I was there for service. Was so unsatisfied I didn’t even get my car serviced or worked on that day. And its a 2 hour trip from my house. What a waste of my own time and money. Will not bring my car for service again or buy another car from this dealership. More
