Made 3 100 mile round trips to get the ignition switch replaced. The first trip was my mistake, but the next trip the service people took it apart and confirmed that I needed the part, the third trip I s replaced. Is this standard procedure for repairs? This was all in three weeks and they don’t ensure that the parts are there before dismantling the steering column? The service person was very nice about it, but at the price of gasoline, I made 3 trips for nothing. Not a great introduction to your dealership. More
I had a hard time with communication from this dealership. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning and I was told it needed a part that would take 4 days to come in. After my texts went unreturne dealership. I brought my car in on a Tuesday morning and I was told it needed a part that would take 4 days to come in. After my texts went unreturned, I called the following Monday and the part was not there. The service department told me they had no tracking information for it. On Tuesday I could not get through on the phone. On Wednesday I was told that someone would call me back and nobody did. Thursday morning when I called I was told the same thing; but as I had the day free, I said I would hold for the rest of the day if needed to speak with the General Manager. I was able to talk to the General Manager and he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, he did call back to let me know the work had been finished the day before. More
