The tech did not fix my car the first. He then lied and said it was fine. After refusing to drive a broken car twice, it was finally fixed. I have no idea what was wrong with it the first He then lied and said it was fine. After refusing to drive a broken car twice, it was finally fixed. I have no idea what was wrong with it the first 2 times and never will know because Machens techs refuse to be honest or admit when a mistake is made. Terrible service by the techs, I hope to never have to go there again. The only positive was my service manager, Chris., who did the best he could with shady techs working there. More
