Amazing! I had to tow my son’s car from Quincy IL just to get key fob programmed 🙄. We had some complications loading his car onto car dolly, which was going to run us late for appointment. I called in advance to communicate the issue. Even though the receptionist was reluctant to squeeze us in later that day, she did. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone there was amazing! They had no problems getting us in. As a matter of fact they had the fob programmed before our scheduled time for appointment. But, the best part was how cool everybody was. Super friendly, and accommodating. We received excellent recommendations for dinner, and had an all around great experience in Columbia! BTW, I hardly ever do reviews, but this one deserves my time! 👍🏼👍🏼 More

had to wait at the shop more than four hours to get an estimate. I was't given any explanation or what so ever but just had to wait. The staff wasn't helpful nor friendly.Finally, the estimation I got was estimate. I was't given any explanation or what so ever but just had to wait.
