Extremely impressed with the speed and services My wife and I had gotten a letter in the mail saying that joe Machens could offer us a nicer newer car at a better price we were very skeptical about My wife and I had gotten a letter in the mail saying that joe Machens could offer us a nicer newer car at a better price we were very skeptical about weather they could deliver that or not with our credit being what it is the salesman Conrad Foster took our info looked at the car we had brought then came back with some options we were already interested in a 2013 vw Passat he took that and brought us out a 2015 Passat brand new we really didn't think we could afford it so we passed on the test drive to crunch some numbers he went above and beyond what i expected he worked really hard with great success to give us more than what we were originally were looking at then another surprise when we got to the finance department Jared Frierson and he informed us that he was able to sweeten the deal even more with a cheaper payment than we had just discussed with our sales rep which was great so to all like me that went to other dealerships and left with a bad experience please I strongly encourage you to give joe Machens in Columbia mo or any of their many dealerships in your area a chance it was truly a blessing to have my faith in dealerships restored if they can't make your experience pleasant and send you home in what you deserve than no one can Thanks again to my sales rep Conrad and all others involved in making my experience at Joe Machens Volkswagen by far the best that have ever had its hard to compete with excellence.
