Outstanding facilities and staff I recently purchased an older Cabrio and had to have a few minor issues taken care of - like, really minor. On my first visit, Joe found an open recal I recently purchased an older Cabrio and had to have a few minor issues taken care of - like, really minor. On my first visit, Joe found an open recall and immediately ordered the parts, and followed up with a phone call when they arrived. During that visit, I had my oil changed. So, I've spent a total of about $75 at this dealership. Even so, they made me feel like I am a valued customer - extremely professional and polite. If they're this kind with a minor issue, I know I'll be in good hands if I ever have a more serious concern. As for the facility, it rocks! Love the easy pull-in to a climate controlled room, and check-in/check-out is super quick. If I hadn't needed a VW-specific light bulb in a hurry, I probably wouldn't have checked them out, but now I'm glad I did. I have confidence in their customer service and expertise. More

I recently was offered and accepted a new position in Roseburg, Oregon and needed reliable transportation for my move and daily travel to my new place of employment. Johnny ask me specific questions and fulfilled my every need. He wasn't overly assertive or haggling and did not try to sell me unnecessary expenditures. He followed up with phone calls and emails and continued to do so while in my new environment. I hope that management will recognize the value of this special representative and continue to hire more like him. He does not fit the stereotype of the huffy red eyed, out of shape pushy car salesman. I not only received an excellent vehicle, but received a friend as well. Sincerely Michael S. Kagel. More

Drove from Wichita,Ks to buy it. Stephen Stamose helped me via text and phone make the purchasing process very simple. Made the trip, picked up my car and was on my way. Finance Director Jared Frierson made the long and tedious portion of the process quick and simple. To top all things off, I had forgotten to take a KC Royals bat that I had under the seat out of my trade in. I have had that bat since the late 70's. I called a couple of days later thinking that there was no chance of geting it back. Mr. Stamose had it back to me within a week. Buying a car is never a blast, but Stephen and Jared made it simple and stress free. It was well worth the one day 10 hour round trip. Cheers to you guys. More

adam nichols I was coming in because of a vehicle I had seen online that I had really liked. When we walked in a sales men named Adam Nichols helped us. He had sat I was coming in because of a vehicle I had seen online that I had really liked. When we walked in a sales men named Adam Nichols helped us. He had sat down with us and talked a little. He told us we couldn't finance the truck I had liked because it had over 100,000 to 150,000 miles (which told us he didn't have any idea what he was talking about cause it was less than 100,000 and we knew because we already looked at the truck and if he did know which truck, we felt like he didn't really want to help with the specific truck for what ever reason) since we weren't ready to make a purchase we left. A few days later, still wanting that same vehicle, we went to the used dealer ship thinking since it was a used truck we might get farther there. We talked to Paul Heathman and he did a wonderful job helping us and we got the truck financed and am now driving it. Adam called me a couple days ago asking about a different truck and I told him I had gotten the truck financed that I had originally looked at. He got kinda mad and asked me where i went and I told him the Machens used dealership. He then told me that he was "super pissed off". I had apologized that I had made him mad and he told me hes not mad at me. I had to end the call cause I was at work. I have never been the person to complain and can usually just brush it off but I felt like that was very poor customer service. And he could have at least pretended to be happy that I got the truck instead of being mad at someone for taking his client or us for going through someone else. This isn't about the business because I can see me getting another vehicle from here but I will not go through Adam Nichols to do so or recommend him to anyone More
