Normally very exceptional service I have had exceptional satisfaction with Shawn in service as going above and beyond to help me with quality, cost saving help to fix all issues and an I have had exceptional satisfaction with Shawn in service as going above and beyond to help me with quality, cost saving help to fix all issues and answer any questions that I have had. Unfortunately, it has been around lunch time and the other service (desk) associates were not so efficient and I had to set for an entire lunch hour waiting for an oil change when it should have been 20 minutes at the most! Also the other associates do not converse with anyone to find out what was done to a vehicle that they did not check in. I will just have to make sure everything I do in the future will be after lunch so as not to deal with non-personable service associates. Thanks Shawn More
