I was worried that the dealership would be empty of employees that make up the team that it takes to sell a car. I was surprised that an entire team from service employees that looked over my trade and shined up the car I was coming to look at to my salesman, Sam, the general manager, the sales manager, and the finance/paperwork guy, Anthony. I drove several miles because after speaking with my salesman over the phone I felt I could trust this dealership to tell the truth and give me a fair deal. I asked lots of questions and they happily answered them. I am very happy with my new Atlas!!! I have a good feeling after our deal. I would recommend this dealership for your next car. More

Unsatisfied customer Less than a week after making the purchase check engine light started to blink. After bringing the car back into the dealership I was told that a coil and spark plugs needed to be replaced. Had to spend a additional $70 to get that repaired. For Joe Machens to be a big dealership as it is no customer should be to pay for ANY repairs that quickly after making a purchase. That was the third vehicle purchased from your dealership and the last! More
