Great dealer and good service. My dealer Sam is a nice guy, and he gave me a good deal of my car. Additionally some extra free services. But I haven’t got my title and my temporary tag will be expired is four days, I don’t know the complicated reasons behind but I think for customers we shouldn’t worry about this. I enjoyed the service from Sam, he’s obviously a great dealer. But I’m not 100 percent satisfied about the service from Volkswagen dealership. I called the customer service number while Sam was off. There was a female said she would check out my title process for me and she’d call me back. After waiting for 1 hr and a half, she never calls me back. Then I called again, a guy told me the accounting office already closed. Anyway, Sam is great, the dealership is not. More
