Every person I dealt with was genuine, and gave me a sense of trust in an industry where I sometimes find it hard to trust people. I am a resident of Illinois, into town just outside of Chicago, Though, Because of how I was treated, I would consider coming back to the dealership. The whole experience was a blessing, and I am thankful for it. More

Told him several times all I wanted was gap insurance went back next day to finish paperwork and he snuck in warranty, maintenance and a premium wrap over 5000 in extras and will not remove it and refinance had the car for 3 weeks and been going in two to three times a week to have him get me the papers for removal so I can refinance through my bank which I was told he couldn't do that only the in house vw finance company would approve my credit but before I can refinance i have to have the unwanted extras removed. And to this day no response or return calls More
