Very poor experience! I had talked with Alan and put a deposit on the car. The evening before I touched base and all was well. The next morning before I drive 2.5 hours I I had talked with Alan and put a deposit on the car. The evening before I touched base and all was well. The next morning before I drive 2.5 hours I tried to reach out and confirm, but no response. After arriving at the dealership Alan had called in left Brian to show the vehicle to me. During my conversation with Alan the following was agreed up but either not completed or not done to my satisfaction. Right front headlight needed to be totally replaced due to condensation inside the light, the car was not thoroughly detailed, past service records from previous owners.were not there upon agreement. We had to wait a considerable amount of time to sign paperwork, we had check In hand no financing was needed. Was not offered any drinks, found them on my own. Was also left to stand around and not shown where to sit in comfy chairs as we waited to be helped. More
