Work performed was reviewed and result was that there was no problem with the car, not sure why engine light was still on........ well I made a sixty mile round trip, sat in waiting area which was comfortable for 1 1/2 hours and paid over $100 for worked performed for fathom problem, sometimes I think dealership with the brand support should absorb the cost for non existent issues. Then I noticed the sticker on the car windshield showed a 2015 and the official paperwork stated 2014. We had to wait over an hour to get to the financing stage. We get home and the nezt day I receive a call from a man asking how to get to my house. I asked him questions for verification before telling a man on the phone how to get to my home. He asked..."Didn't you know I was coming". The anser was no. Our loan peperwork was all wrong and had to be redone. We were advised there was no changes, and simply corrections to the price to show the full rebates, discount, etc. Well, there were changes.... our interest rate went up 1 1/2 points and our monthly payment increased. Another lie! This was the worst experience I've ever had buying a car, and I've bought several. The finance rep. Asked us... "you probably think this place is ran by a bunch of xxxxxxx?"....I didn't respond, but clearly they do not know what they are doing or how to tell the truth. More

They don’t try to oversell. They do the job, and I’ve never been disappointed. I live in Nashville but prefer to have my work done at Machens in Columbia. Gave me recommendations that allowed me to delay other service that will be forthcoming, such as pollen filter and a tail light crack which will need service prior to next inspection. I felt the recommendations were trustworthy and the service was performed in the estimated timeframe. Military discount is appreciated! More
