I brought My car in for some Warranty repairs and Chris took care of everything so there were No headaches for Me. He set Us up with a very nice Loaner, and kept Me up to date on ETA of the expected date o took care of everything so there were No headaches for Me. Vehicle fixed well, really poor communication on timeline for service completion. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM and didn’t hear anything regarding status until 3:30 PM. Staff also made no mention of the for service completion. Dropped my vehicle off at 8:00 AM and didn’t hear anything regarding status until 3:30 PM. Staff also made no mention of the fact that I could have rented a vehicle from the dealership to get around, which would have been super awesome to know instead of having to sit at the mall all day waiting to have some sort of information.
