Driver assist rear sensors cannot be fixed. The driver rear assist sensors are not detecting and signaling traffic crossing behind the car. usually fast service but EXPENSIVE I needed help with headlights. Over $175 later I have 3 new headlights. Hope they last longer than the last ones, only 65,000 miles. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy. We walked into the dealership looking for a car and were missed lead about the price. After getting home and reviewing the paperwork more closely, we We walked into the dealership looking for a car and were missed lead about the price. After getting home and reviewing the paperwork more closely, we noticed that the total price on the loan was over $29,000 for a 2013 passat with 71,000 miles and a busted speaker LOL. We were specifically told by Sam Torseen that the Passat was $11,000 when first looking at it. On my drive home I started adjusting the sound settings and noticed that the treble mid and bass setting were all turned down to hide to the fact that the passenger side door speaker was blown out or had a cone blown out.. It’s soo obvious that the speaker issue was known, why else would your workers try to hide it by turning the Sound settings down all the way. We went back after having multiple rude conversations over the phone with Anthony and Sam. We called earlier in the day for him to call us back Anthony especial ignored our calls. My friend then called Anthony through a different phone number and Anthony so happened to answer to a different number quickly. I also never received floor mats with my Passat, I asked multiple time but doubt that I was ever going to get them in the first place. To summarize, going to Joe Machens’ Volkswagen dealership in Columbia was a terrible experience. I will definitely not be recommending this dealership to any friends or family. I am very disappointed by the lack of care shown towards a paying customer like myself. More
