My experience was a bit too much of the stereotype. Car was to be detailed for pickup but wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, including an odor that returned and is embarrassing. The vehicle spent at least 20 of the 30 days of warranty coverage (used - 30 day power train warranty) with the dealer as they tried to resolve the CEL issue - emissions - by using additives and driving the vehicle. Ultimately - to their credit - they replaced the catalytic converters to resolve it. The vehicle had open recalls that they said they would take care of at least twice, yet by the time of final delivery they had not and said I could make an appointment to have them completed. More
