Not the best customer service with Jeff Fletcher I purchased my car on 5/28/20. I was happy with the used car and the price. However, the experience after I had signed for the car would make me not r I purchased my car on 5/28/20. I was happy with the used car and the price. However, the experience after I had signed for the car would make me not recommend service from Jeff Fletcher. I understand the car was not yet fully detailed or reviewed by the service crew since it was just purchased from the dealership 6 days ago. After I had signed for the car, I was told the dealership was going to replace the front tires and finish detailing the car, which I appreciated. I wasn't able to drive it home that day, and Jeff offered to drop it off to my home the next day. When it was delivered, Jeff gave me one key. I also noted after reviewing the car, I still did not have the paperwork, the car was not finished with being detailed, and the car did not have a jack. I asked Jeff for a second key, a jack, and my paperwork. He did come again to my house with the second key that same day, which I appreciated. I waited almost a week later for any word on the jack and paperwork, and then contacted Conrad Foster, the used car manager. (I had contacted Jeff prior to that without response or further progress.) Within hours, he provided me the paperwork and had ordered a new jack. He also notified me of the jack arriving almost another week later. Jeff called me and offered to drop off the jack, which I again appreciated and accepted. A week later, Jeff did not drop off the jack and I went by the dealership to pick it up myself. (Again, I tried to communicate with Jeff prior to me doing so without any progress.) Overall story:I can recommend the dealership and Conrad Foster, but cannot recommend Jeff for customer service and follow through. More

I thought I had a good deal here but it seems as if the price of my vehicle continued to increase the more they saw I was interested in purchasing it. First the 2018 Malibu with over 50,000 miles was $14,0 price of my vehicle continued to increase the more they saw I was interested in purchasing it. First the 2018 Malibu with over 50,000 miles was $14,000, then after my test drive it was $15,000 then when I was completing the sale the price grew to the total amount of my loan. I wasn’t worried at first because the finance department told me that the cost of my plates and registration were included with the price. I later found out the dealer and finance department got amnesia when I asked about the check that was to cover the cost of my plates. It seems as if they increased the price of the car leaving the cost of registration and plates that were promised to be taken care of to me while also paying more than I was told for the car. I can’t refer anyone to a business that doesn’t keep its promises. More
