After 3 hours they told me they just started on the 3 hour repair. I felt Terrible for the guy delivering that news as I was very unhappy. I live 80 miles away and I was not prepared to spend my entire day in Columbia. I will only be back for service there if absolutely necessary. Communication is key and they dropped the ball. I am however very happy with my VW. More

Service was outstanding! JC had us checked in as soon as we arrived. All of our questions were answered quickly, service was completed, and we were back on the road in no time JC had us checked in as soon as we arrived. All of our questions were answered quickly, service was completed, and we were back on the road in no time. Bruce came out, our original salesman, and visited with us a bit, asked how we were enjoying the Atlas, and it was his regular day off!
