After 3 hours they told me they just started on the 3 hour repair. I felt Terrible for the guy delivering that news as I was very unhappy. I live 80 miles away and I was not prepared to spend my entire day in Columbia. I will only be back for service there if absolutely necessary. Communication is key and they dropped the ball.
