Would select 0 stars if it was an option. Was told my repair would be $1489.50 over the phone. When I arrived in person to pick up my car, the total I was given was over $1900. when I brought up the orig repair would be $1489.50 over the phone. When I arrived in person to pick up my car, the total I was given was over $1900. when I brought up the original price I was given, Kara “re-worked” some of the numbers and reduced the total to $1799.93, still more than $300 over the amount I was told. DO NOT TRUST this dealership to stand by their word. More

The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating and able to get me in quickly because I had a family emergency and needed to get my car serviced before driving a far distance. If not for this it would be a one star review because my experience at the dealership was not great. I was told it would be about 1hr 15 minutes and waited for the service which took 3 hours. I felt that they tried to upsell me on an air filter that wasn’t necessary yet and nothing makes me trust a service provider less than that kind of behavior. While I was waiting for my service an employee yelled to me in the parking lot asking if I worked at the health department which was strange and rude. Lastly my car smelled like cigarettes and body odor when I finally picked it up. I wouldn’t go here again if there was another option to get the work done for my warranty and if I ever need more extensive work done I will strongly consider traveling for it due to my experience.
