Joe Machens Volkswagen

My first few experiences have been awful with Machens VW. I bought a used Passat from a different Machens and within a day had a check engine light. Had to wait two weeks for an appt for then to tell me th I bought a used Passat from a different Machens and within a day had a check engine light. Had to wait two weeks for an appt for then to tell me they reset the light. Two days later it was back one. Another 10 day wait to find out it was a seal that was bad but on back order from VW. They said they’d call when part came in. 6 weeks later after not hearing anything I called and was told they had the part in. Scheduled for next week with an oil change and was promised car by 3:00. At 2:35 I get a call that it won’t be ready until 4:30. So I cancelled a doctors appointment so I could get there for pickup. I didn’t want to leave it because they have terrible vandalism issues at that lot. Then I was hassled about the cost of oil change that was being covered by other other dealership. So far not impressed with VW and definitely not with Machens VW dealership. I’m hoping I don’t have a lot of issues with this car because I’m not eager to go back to service. More
