Pleased with the service. Unfortunately, the detail crew was not staffing the day I had my oil changed, so I did not get the car wash. Some younger guy, answered me on the phone and when I came in for an oil change he attempted several times to sell me things I did not need such as, pilot sport 2 tires for my Jetta. He said that he coul came in for an oil change he attempted several times to sell me things I did not need such as, pilot sport 2 tires for my Jetta. He said that he couldn’t be beat in price yet I found many stores selling similar tires for a fraction of the price. He was quite condescending when I told him no I did not need new tires after I felt the tread my self and made him correct his statement. Honestly it overall wasn’t a good experience. I won’t choose his name so he doesn’t loose rating but let this be a notice. More

Their customer service was quite poor. I tried repeatedly to call them and get estimates as to when I would get my care done. They would tell me they'd call me back and never follow-up.
