Had car towed there, didn’t hear from them for 2 days. Called in, my service advisor had taken time off and not started the ticket or submitted it a tech. On the 4th day i called again to see what was goi Called in, my service advisor had taken time off and not started the ticket or submitted it a tech. On the 4th day i called again to see what was going on and was told that my car still wasnt looked at. Was escalated to a manager Tom who took care of the situation and had my car fixed within a day. Tom and the tech that worked on my car did fantastic. However poor communication to the customer and dropping the ball of when going on vacation and letting the customer suffer for it is not good business. Tom gets a 5/5. Upper management gets a 1/5.
