I won't even give you a rating. It is not so much about the dealer, as it is the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that was purchased. It has been in the shop 5 times since it was purchased, and still don't know if th the dealer, as it is the 2019 Volkswagen Jetta that was purchased.
