I just moved here from another city, and since coming here, they have exceed my expectations! I showed up to have them work on my car and I spilled some coffee on my seat when the lid slipped off. The service rep tried talking me out of oil change & recall repair. I was the only customer there at 8am on a Saturday. I asked for a loaner vehicle online. I made appt 2 weeks in advance. I didnt get recall repair. I was the only customer there at 8am on a Saturday. I asked for a loaner vehicle online. I made appt 2 weeks in advance. I didnt get a loaner vehicle. They did tire rotation and now car pulls to the right. I called about it and was told I'd have to pay for an alignment. I was told vehicle would be ready in about an hour it took almost 3. The excuse was oh it's getting washed. Then about 15 minutes later he came back and said they can't wash your car because its below 30 degrees outside. I said that was fine, I didn't need vehicle washed. Then about another 20 minutes later, he says your cars done. I parked it by the front door for you and left it running. I walked outside and the car he brought wasn't even mine. So then he had to go search for my keys and car. They had washed my car and parked it along with new vehicles that were for sale, and it was washed after all. More
