Dealership has had my car since January 29. It is March 7. I have paid them $3800 and will have to pay them almost $1500 more when they finally get around to fixing it. Communication is terrible, and they will hang up on you if you question them too much. Do your research before buying a VW. They are known for oil leaks. Avoid VW and this dealership altogether. More

Bought a new atlas from them earlier this year. Took back at 12,000 + or - for multiple oil leaks aa recall, and front tires wearing unevenly. Dealer repaired oil leaks (time will tell) and then Took back at 12,000 + or - for multiple oil leaks aa recall, and front tires wearing unevenly. Dealer repaired oil leaks (time will tell) and then charged $385 labor for the alignment. First of all should have been free. Called around locally and alignments go for $90 to $125. What a rip off. More

I had a bad experience with this dealership previously which was not the salesman’s fault. Decided to give this dealership a second chance because of my experience with the saleman, Bruce Tell, the first which was not the salesman’s fault. Decided to give this dealership a second chance because of my experience with the saleman, Bruce Tell, the first time. Bruce stepped up right away to help us find exactly what we were looking for and proceeded in making a deal on the vehicle we wanted that I’m positive didn’t yield him much money in order to make up for the problems the first time. I would recommend any one looking for a new Volkswagen or used any model of vehicle to reach out to Bruce because he will go out above and beyond. He’s not high pressure salesman and is pleasant to do business with. More
