Good experience Great facility. My only issue was I was told it would take about an hour and fifteen minutes and it ended up taking about two hours and fifteen minute Great facility. Disappointed if this is now Toyota 40,000 mi and Camry making a racket. Very disappointed that service staff said this was normal, they are seeing it a lot, and too bad. We have had 5 T 40,000 mi and Camry making a racket. Very disappointed that service staff said this was normal, they are seeing it a lot, and too bad. We have had 5 Toyotas and this is not what we expect or accept. if this is the new normal, Subaru or Hundai will have our next 5 purchases. Should not have had to argue for a large clank to be covered and fixed. More

Long wait for simple task Came in for a safety inspection and it took 1.5 hours. Jacqueline wasn’t very friendly. My appointment time was no longer saved in the system even tho Came in for a safety inspection and it took 1.5 hours. Jacqueline wasn’t very friendly. My appointment time was no longer saved in the system even though I scheduled a few days prior. Safety inspection failed, requiring 2 fixes equaling $2,200. I got a quote for the same work and it was under $600 elsewhere. This is the third time I’ve had less than friendly service manager and had long wait times to complete service. I will not be having service done here again, unless it requires a recall fix. Also, Richard, the shuttle driver, tried selling me on getting car detailing done by the employees on their lunch hour for $30... paid directly to them. Anyways, good luck with overpriced service, poor customer service and a shadow car detailing business under the table. Thanks, Stephen More
