We do let our customers know of issues that we find during the service in order to head off any future issues. Preventative maintenance is a service we provide, but our customers always have the final decision on having it done or not. We are going to forward your comments to our General Manager just so he is aware of this. We do apologize, we never want our customers to feel pressured.
