After a regular maintenance-oil change and tire rotation, my Lexus 350s started to have vibration problem. I came back, they charged for a diagnostic fee + rebalance labor charge. However I had to turn back again because the vibration problem is still there! The front desk customer service was awful! She was not only not apologizing, but also implying it was customer’s fault! I have always had a positive experience with them in sales and service, except the one time they failed to tighten the drain plug, and I live 25 miles away. The next morning my garage floor was cover sales and service, except the one time they failed to tighten the drain plug, and I live 25 miles away. The next morning my garage floor was covered with oil and I had to drive back and get it redone. They gave me a bag of oil soaker to clean it up myself. I appreciate the complimentary car wash. More
