John really took the time to listen to my needs and wants. He found just the perfect car for me. I bought a 2011 Nissan Altima from him and his sales experience and his time he spent finding me that car made it a very enjoyable experience. I would buy another from him in he future. I had purchased a new car twice previously and have had horrible experiences with the car and dealership (not this one!) and was extremely picky this time around. Danielle and her manager worked with me, and even stayed late on Independence Day, to find the perfect car for the perfect price for me. I could not have asked for a better experience! Danielle was so great and knowledgeable. When I am able to buy a 2nd vehicle, she will be the one I contact. More

I found a FRIEND in the business. I recently bought a Prius IV from Danielle Kellar at Joe Machens Toyota Scion and it is the best car buying experience I've ever had! I have bought new cars a number of times over the years, but I always felt like it was "me vs. them." Danielle and her manager worked with me, and even stayed late into the evening after closing to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted and the deal, including trade-in, that I wanted. I never felt like I was being sold a car; I was was being assited in purchasing a car. I could not have asked for a better experience! Danielle was so great and knowledgeable. Whenever i hear someone say they are looking for a new car, I will send them to Danielle. She truly defines the term, "customer service. 5-STARS!!!!!!!!!!! More
