I drove 70 miles (roundtrip) to deal with John, bypassing the local dealership in Jefferson City. John makes one feel very comfortable and leads one to believe he is representing the best interest of his customer. I have dealt with many salesman in the past and John is definitely the best; I really appreciate that he is not a high pressure individual. He lays it on the line and lets you decide if it is the deal you want. John is very friendly and customer oriented and just comes across as a genuine person. I am not a relative of John, nor has he paid me to make these positive comments. I can say that I certainly have not had this positive experience with any other car salesman I have dealt with over the years.
