Horrible Customer Service Ordered tires online, and set a date. Arrived at saididate, I was told they had no tires in stock to fit my car and no knowledge of my order. I showed them my email confirmation showing what I had ordered and the appointment time. They shrugged their shoulders and said they never get the online orders. We blocked off an entire Saturday afternoon for this, as we live an hour away. So we wasted this time for no reason especially since we wanted to get this done days before but their online system showed the soonest appointment was two days away. A TOTAL WASTE Of our time. I received the apology as I was walking out the door. More

Spur of the Moment Decision We went in to Machens Toyota looking at minivans. I was 41 weeks pregnant and preparing to have a baby the next day. We had spent the first part of We went in to Machens Toyota looking at minivans. I was 41 weeks pregnant and preparing to have a baby the next day. We had spent the first part of the day at Nissan and Honda and didn't find anything that we really liked and felt comfortable in. We have shopped at Machens before and bought 3 cars there prior, but we wanted to do our investigating and ensure we found the vehicle we liked the best. Our initial intent was to just find the minivan we liked the best, then purchase one in a few months. We met with Dante Guzman and he found a 2015 Sienna we took for a test drive. We immediately liked it better than any of the other vans we had driven that day. Dante found us a Sienna with many perks we weren't expecting to necessarily find. Dante was great to work with, personable, and professional. Machens was able to give us a great trade value for the Toyota Venza we had. Although we couldn't get the price of the minivan down, the trade value helped to make up for it. We drove our new baby home from the hospital in our new-to-us minivan 3 days later. Thank you! More

First Car, No Regrets!! I have been waiting to buy a car for years but never found what I wanted. It was going to be my first car and I wanted to keep it for a long time. I called over and talked to Dean, He was awesome. He wasn't pushy (like many other salesman I've met) and very nice. He had great deals for me and when I went over, we drove the car and I bought it. Everything went so smoothly. I dealt with Cameron for the payments. He made sure I understood everything. They both were honest and great people. The entire team was amazing! More

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The day was hot and miserable but it was cool and refreshing inside dealership. Everyone had a welcoming smile. If we had a little waiting to do out came the refreshments. What could have been an exhausting, stressful day was as easy as could be. When it came to the details everyone was happy and willing to answer any questions with knowledge and patience. By the time we drove off the lot with our beautiful Sienna we felt we were friends with the entire sales team.
