Fantastic!! Becky was amazing. She jumped through hoops to make sure we were 100% happy when we left with our used car. She even made sure Management was pulled i Becky was amazing. Pathfinder "16 Matt Weaver and Jesse Abbott were AWESOME to work with. I had not intended to buy my vehicle that day. But they were so helpful and not pushy at all Matt Weaver and Jesse Abbott were AWESOME to work with. I had not intended to buy my vehicle that day. But they were so helpful and not pushy at all. They were the best. The rest of my experience was horrible. You all lost my cashier's check...had to wait 90 days to get a different check from the bank. Then the title was all screwed up...had to wait another week and a half. I'd leave messages for Melissa and the GM and it would take forever to get a response back. Dominique goes above and beyond! Dominique has helped me the last two times that I have brought in my vehicles. He is very patient and he does a great job of explaining the different needs that my vehicles have. I recently brought in my Sienna van for a recall on the sliding doors and the wiring. I initially brought the van in hoping this could be completed, but it looked like it wasn't going to work. Dominique was able to get the parts needed and complete a tire rotation while also bringing the car to my place of work so that I could get about my day and keep working. He is excellent! Lastly, I brought the van in for an oil change, but he made sure that I didn't do that too early. The van didn't need it for another 5,000 miles. The mechanics caught that my brakes needed to be changed, and he explained the issue with the breaks in a way that a non automotive guy (like me) could understand. Thanks, Dominique!!! More

I tried other dealerships because they had a particular car on their lot. However, the experiences were uncomfortable, frustrating, and annoying. When I reached out to Danny he made my shopping a priority and continued to work with me. Other salespeople could learn a lot from spending just 1 hour with Danny! More
