Service Great-Wait Time TOO LONG!!! My appt time was 12:15. I arrived around 12:10 and was immediately checked in by Terry in the Service Dept. Unfortunately, I did not leave until 4:08p My appt time was 12:15. I arrived around 12:10 and was immediately checked in by Terry in the Service Dept. Unfortunately, I did not leave until 4:08pm because the service Dept: -left my completed paperwork on Paula’s desk; Even though it was Terry that was my contact. -The paperwork was left underneath other items -Even the car which is usually pulled out front and Visable, was parked on the side of the service dept where no could see it; even though I had looked...what a mess on a day that I was pressed for time! I don’t blame Terry for the mishap; just wished he would have checked. Had I not asked about the unusually long time, it would have been longer. Service mechanics needs a better system for returning completed tickets other than just placing paperwork “on top of a desk/any desk”...perhaps an “inbox!” More

Recall repair and routine set Dom Warrick worked with me and kept me informed of the progress of my repair. Didn’t even charge us We had no idea that changing the battery in our Sienna would completely throw off the driver’s door window controls. We couldn’t pinpoint exactly when We had no idea that changing the battery in our Sienna would completely throw off the driver’s door window controls. We couldn’t pinpoint exactly when our troubles started, but the mechanic figured out that the window buttons on the driver’s door just needed to be essentially reprogrammed. He reprogrammed the window switches and it was done. Thankfully, we learned something important and they didn’t even charge us! More
