I agreed to take an extended test drive and return Monday Sunday I contacted him to let him know I was not going to buy it but wanted to look at others then things went south. Later I found out that a friend worked for machens Toyota and contacted her to setup a time to look at a new car. Monday I headed to the dealership to return the car and it died! I called the number on my paperwork and they said they were sending a tow truck... an hour later I called back to find out they forgot to call the towing company and again said someone is on the way a another hour later I’m still waiting and I reach out to Lori who personally called a tow truck and offered to pick me up! When the tow truck delivered me and the car to the dealership service couldn’t figure out how to pay the guy and simply said oh that’s not my job talk to somebody else... not go customer Service! Lori finally realize we had arrived and got service to wake up and fix the issue. No one except Lori and the finance director seemed to care or know what they were doing! I will refer people to machens but only to deal with Lori .
