We decided this past weekend to go ahead and trade in our current van for a New 2018 Sienna and had a deal in place Monday. We live about 45 minutes away and were able to coordinate everything via phone/text/email, which was very convenient. Becky was very responsive. We were never waiting on her to get back to us. We came in Wednesday evening, signed the paperwork and headed home with our new van. We were only at the dealership for maybe an hour. Very smooth process. More
