Fine until I was ready to pick up my vehicle My visit was for general warranty maintenance. Check-in went faster than usual, but I was there at 7:40a.m. and maybe that's why. I dropped off the ve My visit was for general warranty maintenance. Check-in went faster than usual, but I was there at 7:40a.m. and maybe that's why. I dropped off the vehicle and was called when it was ready. They used to have customers pick up their keys at the cashier (and maybe they still do for non-warranty work), but I was told to go back to the service rep. When I went to the representative to get my keys, she said she had to take customers in the order in which they came in, which I could understand if there were several people standing in line, but there was no one at her desk. She did have a stack of papers on the desk. About 15 minutes later, she was ready for me and at that time, she tried to upsell me the extended service agreement which I already had. There was apparently confusion in the computer about what coverage I had. Waiting 15 minutes to pick up a copy of my no-charge ticket and get my keys was too long, in my opinion. More
