Lengthy, but fine. This was my first trip to Machens for a service. I assumed that since I had a scheduled appointment, that I would be in and out. Thinking that, I brought my kids with me, and refused shuttle service. However, it took an hour and a half. The wait wasn’t unbearable, though, since the dealership offers so many kid-friendly amenities. I just will know better next time. More

Unfortunately, they were not able to fully decipher the solution, so I need to take the vehicle to a Lexus dealership. However, since they did not fix the problem or find the root cause there was no charge for the service call. More
