Needed a safety inspection I was TWO days past my safety inspection of 60 days. Service I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and 55,000 mike service per my Toyota care plan. I dropped off T 7am and my vehicle wasn’t completed unt I dropped my vehicle off for an oil change and 55,000 mike service per my Toyota care plan. I dropped off T 7am and my vehicle wasn’t completed until 250pm. I wasn’t told that it would be ready so late until I called at 1pm for an update. The shuttle service only runs every 30 minutes and is not convenient as there isn’t even a kiosk to meet to ensure you are on a list for the shuttle. You just have to hope you are within earshot when the driver walks through the building before he gets in the car. I picked up my vehicle at 340 and the fluids weren’t even topped off. I just recently moved from Escondido Ca and didn’t realize how much better the service was until I had something to compare it to. I will most likely base my next service around a road trip so as to avoid this service center More
