They ran a carfax, shot me a trade difference, I countered, and we settled on a figure surprisingly quickly. We drove up the following Saturday from Central Arkansas and picked up the truck. There were no surprises and the truck was everything it was represented to be by the rep. I might add that I was in the car business for a dozen years, so I was pretty skeptical that things would go this smoothly. It was also nearly a six hour commute, but we made a day of it and discovered a neat little restaurant on the way back. Kudos to Cody and Joe Machens for a surprisingly simple process. By the way, we are Toyota people through and through. My daughter is driving my old 4Runner that has 450,000 miles, and runs like a watch. More

Oil Change Terry and Paula were very courteous and friendly and provided great service. I forgot to tell them not to put the emergency brake on because the cable sticks. Paula was very helpful in finding a tech to make sure I got the emergency brake released. One thing that I found disheartening was that it took 2 hours to change the oil. I did have an appointment so it wasn't like I was just a drop by. Did not get the complimentary car/truck wash, however, that may no longer be offered, I'm not sure. On a lighter side, whoever made the popcorn forgot to put salt on it, LOL. More

Why did an oil change take so long? Had an 830 AM appointment for a routine 30000 mile maintenance. Dropped off my vehicle and was assured it would be ready by noon.
